Refund policy

U.S Policy:

 

Anty offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Please email us at customerservice@anty.co (subject line: Return shipping label) to request a Return shipping label within 15 days of the delivery date. Please specify which product you are interested in returning, and the reason for this return. We welcome your feedback!

After receiving the return shipping label, please package the article the same way you received it. Please ensure the article is secured inside the interior brown box using bubble wrapping or tissue. The article must be double boxed, and the return shipping label must be printed twice. Stick a return shipping label on the interior brown box and the other return shipping label on the exterior brown box. Then drop off your package at the nearest UPS location within a maximum of 7 days from receiving the return label.

Once the Article has been received and inspected and found to be in the original condition as noted below; we will issue a refund.

All articles come with a special delicate tag attached to it. To be eligible for return under our policy, articles must not be worn, and the tag must not be removed. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by a sales receipt.

A custom article is any article we made especially for you, including special sizes that are not offered originally on the website and/or articles with engravings, etching, embossing and other services may not be returned.

Gift recipients (sent out with gift receipt) are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return your gift selection, please follow the instructions mentioned above.

 

Egypt Policy:

  • All sales on Made-to-Order items are final and non-refundable.
  • ANTY can accept returns up to 14 days after the receipt of your order.
  • You have up to 7 days to email us then a further 7 days to send the goods back. This means that the package must reach us within 14 days after you have received your order. Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

Please read the information below:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
  • ANTY will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no seal, the customer should notify us by contacting us at customerservice@anty.co on the same day if they wish to make a return. We advise all customers to check jewelry thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached seals or tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
