Enjoy complimentary shipping and returns on all orders for shipping addresses within the continental United States and we do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Anty does not ship orders to post office boxes.

UPS Ground shipping is free to all our customers. Please allow 4-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

UPS 2nd day air shipping is also available on the website. Please allow two business days. The cost associated with this shipping option will be calculated at checkout.

Anty offers limited pieces of each article to ensure uniqueness and exclusivity. For in stock articles, after your order has been placed, please allow for 4 – 5 days to process your order. we will notify you once it has been shipped and provide a tracking number. During holidays and busy seasons, please allow for additional days to prepare/process your order before shipping it to you.

Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount. 

The consignee or its representative must carefully inspect the shipment immediately at time of delivery in the presence of the delivering carrier's personnel and make written exception with such personnel for any evidence of damage, loss, tampering, penetration, or invasion of the shipping package. Anty may not refund the article value if you do not follow these guidelines.

Anty offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Please email us at customerservice@anty.co (subject line: Return shipping label) to request a Return shipping label within 15 days of the delivery date. Please specify which product you are interested in returning, and the reason for this return. We welcome your feedback!

After receiving the return shipping label, please package the article the same way you received it. Please ensure the article is secured inside the interior brown box using bubble wrapping or tissue. The article must be double boxed, and the return shipping label must be printed twice. Stick a return shipping label on the interior brown box and the other return shipping label on the exterior brown box. Then drop off your package at the nearest UPS location within a maximum of 7 days from receiving the return label.

Once the Article has been received and inspected and found to be in the original condition as noted below; we will issue a refund.

All articles come with a special delicate tag attached to it. To be eligible for return under our policy, articles must not be worn, and the tag must not be removed. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by a sales receipt.

A custom article is any article we made especially for you, including special sizes that are not offered originally on the website and/or articles with engravings, etching, embossing and other services may not be returned.

Gift recipients (sent out with gift receipt) are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return your gift selection, please follow the instructions mentioned above.
